About the Role
MCL Talent Partners is sourcing goal-oriented professionals for a leading financial services and benefits provider expanding in the Kansas City region. In this role you will work directly with local families, business owners, and individuals to educate them on supplemental health and life benefit programs.

Daily Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to review benefit packages and process updates/renewals
• Act as a trusted advisor and deliver reliable ongoing care
• Network in the community to expand outreach
• Maintain autonomy over your daily schedule and local book of business

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with high empathy
• Backgrounds in customer support, administration, education, retail, or service industries translate well
• Self-reliant with a commitment to long-term growth
• Valid driver's license and willingness to complete state licensing (full support provided)

Compensation

• Performance-based with uncapped earning potential
• Target first-year range: $49,200 – $89,800+
