Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, financial services, business operations, or a professional office environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Deliver accurate, professional, and timely client support.
  • Resolve routine client issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.\
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintain documentation and follow established workflows and procedures.
  • Utilize approved AI tools to draft communications, summarize information, and improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
