As a Client Account Specialist, you will cultivate welcoming connections by sharing how affordable mobile plans reduce financial stress, creating comfortable spaces for sales engagement with clients. The Client Account Specialist bridges knowledge gaps with sales explanations, making connectivity accessible, and sales conversations are trusted advisory sessions for each account.


Responsibilities of the Client Account Specialist

  • Bring account support directly to clients, reviewing statements, confirming service quality, and ensuring each affordable mobile plan still meets the client’s needs.
  • Process renewals and plan adjustments during sales conversations, explaining updates clearly so clients are confident in their account changes.
  • Identify account improvement opportunities by learning about family changes, device frustrations, or new usage habits through sales dialogue.
  • Bridge communication between clients and sales teams, addressing issues with full context to speed up resolutions.
  • Maintain a territory map that tracks renewal status, satisfaction levels, and account health to prioritize upcoming visits.
  • Turn trusted account stewardship into sales momentum by recommending add‑ons or upgrades that genuinely improve daily connectivity.

Qualifications of the Client Account Specialist

  • A High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Experience in client support, account management, or sales is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic organizational skills to track renewals and maintain accurate account notes.
  • Dependable time‑management skills to complete follow‑ups and account tasks. 
  • Resilience and patience when supporting clients who may be confused or unfamiliar with mobile service processes.
