Client Account Specialist

We are hiring a remote Client Account Specialist to assist clients who have requested information about life and financial protection coverage.

This role focuses on helping clients understand their options and guiding them through the process using a step-by-step pathway.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to clients who have requested information about coverage

• Review needs and present available protection options

• Assist clients through the process

• Maintain follow-up and ongoing client communication

• Build client-for-life relationships

Requirements
