A growing public accounting firm is seeking a Manager to oversee outsourced accounting engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. This role includes managing engagement teams, reviewing financial work, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional client service.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client accounting engagements from planning through completion.Review monthly financial statements and accounting work prepared by staff.Oversee general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll, AP/AR, and month-end close.Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.Monitor engagement budgets, billing, and project timelines.Mentor team members and support business development initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.7+ years of accounting experience in public accounting or industry.Experience managing client relationships and leading teams.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.Proficiency in Excel and cloud-based accounting software.CPA license preferred.Compensation: $145,000–$165,000, depending on experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
