CLIENT ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST (R2242)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Accounting Specialist to provide accounting support to our clients. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle, or Santa Monica.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support and services to assigned clients
• Prepare accounting reports and financial statements
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct account reconciliations and analysis
• Prepare tax documentation and compliance filings
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting
• Interact with clients and resolve accounting issues
• Maintain client accounting records and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts

Compensation

• Salary: $76,000 – $107,500/year plus performance bonus
