Your impact

• Champion business development within a designated territory, cultivating long-term partnerships
• Present Express Employment staffing, leadership, and HR services to address client objectives
• Continuously research and prospect for new business to expand market presence
• Own and grow a book of business through proactive account management
• Shepherd clients through the complete sales journey, from first meeting to signed agreement
• Organize daily outreach to open new accounts and strengthen the pipeline
• Negotiate pricing structures and prepare service agreements
• Drive toward and exceed sales and activity goals

Your profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Ambitious, results-driven mindset
• Independent operator with strong territory management skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Background in sales or customer service preferred but not required

Compensation and schedule

• Compensation: Base salary plus commission; estimated annual earnings of $35,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
