Job Summary:
Seeking a Client Administrator to support institutional client relationships and daily account administration activities. This role serves as a primary point of contact for client servicing, transaction processing, account oversight, cash management, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills, financial services experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary contact for institutional client servicing and support
  • Handle client inquiries, account maintenance, and transaction processing
  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal operations and business teams
  • Monitor client accounts for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support trust, custody, escrow, investment management, and commercial banking services
  • Review and manage daily cash reports, overdrafts, and cash investment activities
  • Ensure accurate execution of cash processing transactions
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Coordinate across multiple business lines to provide high-quality client support
  • Assist with administration of qualified plans, custody accounts, and investment management accounts

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong client service and account administration experience
  • Experience supporting financial services, banking, wealth management, trust, custody, or investment management operations
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve client issues independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with cash processing, account servicing, or banking operations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting institutional clients
  • Knowledge of trust, custody, escrow, retirement plans, or investment management services
  • Understanding of compliance, regulatory, and operational banking processes
