This is a 100% inbound sales role — you'll speak with individuals who have already requested assistance. Your role is to listen, understand their situation, educate them on their options, and guide them toward the next step in resolving their tax concerns.
Compensation & Earning Potential

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief services

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on trust and value

Address concerns, overcome objections, and close deals

Maintain follow-up activities and manage your sales pipeline

Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

Schedule
On-site position in Irvine, CA
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday shift per month
Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience is required

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Confidence in handling objections and closing deals

Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
