Responsible for engaging prospective clients through outreach, conducting discovery conversations, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process. Maintains accurate records, manages ongoing communication and follow-up, and supports smooth handoffs to ensure continuity within the sales pipeline.

Years of Experience | 1-2 years in inside sales, SDR/BDR, appointment-setting, or high-volume customer engagement
Experience in home improvement, real estate, or other high-consideration purchase environments |
Required Skills & Abilities | Ability to conduct discovery conversations that build rapport and surface genuine insight — not just collect data
Strong verbal communication: clear, confident, and genuinely curious about what customers are trying to accomplish
CRM discipline: accurate, complete records are a professional standard, not an afterthought
Comfort managing multiple leads across different pipeline stages simultaneously
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (SPIN, Sandler, Challenger, or similar)
Exposure to contact center platforms, power dialers, or SMS outreach tools |
