As a Client Advisor, you will help guests through their car-buying journey while building a rewarding career with excellent earning potential. This role is ideal for motivated, service-oriented professionals who are ready to succeed in a high-performing, supportive environment.
Build meaningful relationships with guests and deliver a world-class buying experience
Guide customers through vehicle selection and the purchasing process
Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and technology
Uphold Heritage Values and Standards in every interaction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for serving others
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
