Client Overview:
Our client is a leading private wealth management and investment advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. They provide customized investment, wealth planning, and family office services with a focus on long-term relationships, discretion, and exceptional client service. Their Seattle office is a small, collaborative team environment where each professional plays a meaningful role in client relationships and overall office success. They are currently seeking a Client Advisor.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$150k + bonus + profit sharing

Position Overview:
The Client Advisor will support and help manage relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing exceptional service and assisting with the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions. This role works closely with the Senior Client Advisor and Regional Director to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful guidance on their financial needs. This opportunity is ideal for a client-facing financial services professional who enjoys working in a small-office environment and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility while supporting long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities of the Client Advisor:
  • Communicate regularly with clients and advisors, providing timely and thorough responses to inquiries.
  • Attend client meetings, document discussions, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and oversee client meeting materials, including customized reports and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communications within Salesforce.
  • Manage account opening and closing processes and review related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor account transactions, reporting, and administrative activities.
  • Review wills, trusts, and governing documents to ensure proper account administration and establish automated reminders for key actions.
  • Coordinate with fiduciary counsel to ensure trust and account administration complies with governing documents.
  • Prepare Annual Relationship Reviews and ensure accounts remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
Required Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:
  • Strong client service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork qualities.
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks accurately while meeting deadlines.
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred, along with two years of Cannon Trust School or equivalent. CTFA, CFP, or CFA certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Salesforce.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Client Advisor:
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, or institutional clients.
  • Professional certifications such as CTFA, CFP, or CFA.
  • Experience within a private wealth management or investment advisory environment.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
