Overview Full-time Client Advocate (3pm - 11:30pm)The Archway is seeking to fill a crucial role on our shelter team. This is important, real work that supports survivors as they reclaim safety, stability, and the next chapter of their lives. This role operates around the clock and is not for everyone.If you are looking for work that matters—deeply, urgently, and every single day—you may have just found your place.The Opportunity As a Client Advocate, you will be one of the steady hands and calm voices that help keep our shelter running safely and compassionately around the clock. You will support residents during moments of crisis, transition, triumph, and everything in between. You will help create an environment where healing can begin.Responsibilities Assisting residents with daily living needsConducting intake assessments and resident orientationsMaintaining accurate, timely client documentationPreparing rooms for new residentsConducting regular safety checks throughout the facilityProviding general shelter coverage with confidence and minimal supervisionWho You Are Trustworthy, dependable, and exceptionally accountableAn excellent communicator with strong instinctsFlexible enough to pivot at a moment's noticeComfortable working independently and making sound decisionsDeeply committed to serving survivors with dignity and respectWhat Makes This Different At The Archway, we do not do surface-level work.
