Join us and be part of something bigger - helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryThe Client Advocate supports service & administration of Meritain products to achieve client satisfaction and profitable growth by building relationships with assigned clients, brokers and internal partners, monitoring activity and reporting for the assigned book of business, proactive & reactive support of client issues and supporting client retention.ResponsibilitiesServicing your assigned book of businessAcknowledge customer's inquiry within 1 business dayCreate and maintain PDET cases as outlined in policy guidelinesActs as the single point of contact for client's operational inquiries and escalated issues. Resolutions to include but not limited to Claims, Enrollment, ID cards, COBRA, FSA, Network Ops, PBM, Customer Service, EDI Files and FinanceProvides plan document interpretation and ensures the client's questions are addressed.Conduct client portal trainingSupports operational departments to enhance the member experience through improved workflows and process improvementsIdentify opportunities that support account owners in developing and delivering strategic plansRequired Qualifications2+ years healthcare industry experience.Ability to meet deadlines.Decision making skills.Conflict resolution, flexibility, time management and active listening skills.Knowledge and experience with administrative operations.Professional written & verbal communication skills.Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.Preferred QualificationsStop-loss/claims experience.DG & Salesforce experience.General knowledge of Meritain applications.Health Insurance and Stoploss experience.EducationAssociates Degree or equivalent work experience (HS diploma + 2 years relevant experience).Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $102,081.00The pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
