SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Client Advocate II for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. The Candidate will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Information Technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of technology services that support critical business operations. The Candidate will build strong client relationships, coordinate service delivery, resolve operational issues, and contribute to process improvements in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications of the Client Advocate II:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in any field, or four (4) years of related professional experience, or an Associate's degree with two (2) years of related experience.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in an Information Technology environment.
- Experience managing client relationships and supporting IT service delivery.
- Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and support operational and compliance activities.
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Client Advocate II:
- Experience with project coordination or project management.
- Familiarity with networking, internet, server, or workstation technologies.
- Knowledge of application development or data management concepts.
- Experience using workflow or work management tools.
- Experience supporting highly regulated business environments.
Responsibilities of the Client Advocate II:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business partners and IT teams to support operational needs.
- Coordinate incident resolution, escalations, and ongoing service delivery activities while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support compliance, audit, security, and documentation efforts to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate project activities, monitor deliverables, and assist with budget and operational reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work Location: Hybrid work schedule with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and additional onsite support as needed in Columbia, SC.
