- Welcome each client with warmth and cultural sensitivity, identifying needs and delivering tailored recommendations

- Confidently present high-value pieces and negotiate win-win solutions that feel effortless
- Skillfully upsell and cross-sell across categories, reading client desires with intuition

Client Development & Relationship Building
- Build and actively manage a robust client book through strategic daily outreach

- Invite and host clients for exclusive in-store events, private appointments, and curated experiences

- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-touch, client-facing environments with measurable sales success
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal client book
- Bachelors degree or jewelry/gemology certification preferred
- Multilingual capabilities highly valued (Russian language proficiency a plus)
