The Opportunity
As a Client Associate, you will play a key role in managing client financial transactions while delivering high-quality service and guidance. Working virtually with colleagues via Zoom, you will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience for every client interaction.
This role is ideal for someone who wants the flexibility of remote work, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow an entrepreneurial client base as an extension of GFI-Team Ikigai. The position begins part time with potential to transition to full time for the right individual.
What You'll Do
- Manage and document client financial transactions accurately, following established standards and procedures.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve transaction issues, and provide clear guidance on relevant products and services.
- Proactively build and grow your client base through outreach, relationship management, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members via Zoom and other online tools to maintain accurate records and consistent service levels.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, client experience, and operational efficiency.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 36 months, you consistently process client transactions with high accuracy and minimal corrections.
- You develop a growing portfolio of satisfied clients who trust you as a reliable point of contact for their financial needs.
- You handle client questions and issues promptly, maintaining strong satisfaction and retention.
- You actively participate in virtual team meetings, share insights, and help improve workflows and client service.
What We're Looking For
- Clear, empathetic communication skills in both written and verbal interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Comfort with financial concepts, accounting principles, or transactional processes, with strong attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building and managing long-term client relationships.
- Proven problem-solving ability, especially in customer service, sales, finance, or accounting environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Part-time role with potential to transition to full-time for the right individual.
- Compensation is performance based ranging from $65k-85k/yr for part-time and increasing to $100k+ for full-time associates.
