We’re currently hiring a Client Associate to support our Verizon FiOS campaign. In this Client Associate role, you’ll work directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, helping them navigate services, answer questions, and find the right solutions while supporting sales efforts.
What You’ll Do as a Client Associate:
- Provide clear, face-to-face, friendly support to customers regarding Verizon FiOS products and services
- Assist customers with account questions, service options, and basic troubleshooting as a Client Associate
- Build positive relationships by listening first and responding with care
- Identify customer needs and contribute to sales conversations by recommending appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions as part of the Customer Service Representative team
What We’re Looking For in a Client Associate:
- Reliability and a team-oriented approach
- Comfortable supporting both customer service and sales interactions
- A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus for a Client Associate
