Title: Client Billing Manager
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
Location: Somerville, MA (Hybrid)
• Direct succession opportunity with extensive training from a long-tenured leader retiring at year-end
• Leadership role overseeing and mentoring a team of 14 Billing Specialists

• Co-lead the firm's electronic billing operations and client billing compliance processes
• Oversee invoice generation, submission, and distribution while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review client billing guidelines, resolve billing discrepancies, and support attorneys with billing matters
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 14 Billing Specialists
• Analyze billing and revenue reports while identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of billing experience
• Elite 3E billing software experience required
• Prior law firm experience required
• Previous management or leadership experience highly preferred
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
