Job Description Summary:
The Client Capital Director (CCA) will serve as a key point of contact between Research, client teams, GPs, and Compliance. This role will be responsible for liaising with CA Fund deal teams, in-house Fund Solutions, and Compliance to oversee and enforce allocation policies and procedures. This role will also orchestrate private investment fund closings, relay access and timing details, communicate subscription timelines, and organize document access in accordance with Compliance mandates, handle GP and LP inquiries within tight deadlines, and manage logistics throughout. A successful CCD will ensure ease of interaction for GPs; timely, consistent, and compliance-aligned internal communication with LPs and work to create more robust and inclusive processes for internal stakeholders. This role will have additional responsibilities liaising with CA Fund teams and Compliance to ensure allocation policies and procedures are documented and observed.Job Description:
