Client Care Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and assist them promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage client communications via phone, email, text and in-person interactions.
• Maintain organized and accurate client records in our management system.
• Provide clear information regarding services, treatment plans, and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and excellent client experiences.
• Handle administrative tasks including processing payments and managing inventory orders as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or related environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and appointment scheduling software.
• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their welfare.
