Logan Legacy Group is hiring a Client Care Associate to assist with customer account coordination tied to AT&T Fiber’s services. This Client Care Associate role blends customer support, sales, and account management to help create positive customer experiences while supporting sales and enrollment objectives across our marketing campaigns.


As a Client Care Associate, you’ll create connections that last by helping customers navigate their AT&T Fiber account. The Client Care Associate provides support, addresses concerns with empathy, and turns sales opportunities into long-term satisfaction. With every account interaction, you’ll ensure clients feel like they’re in capable hands.


Responsibilities of the Client Care Associate

  • Provide high-quality account support by connecting with customers and showcasing the advantages of switching to AT&T Fiber.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively by offering ongoing support and creating opportunities for additional AT&T Fiber sales.
  • Deliver friendly, solution-focused support that builds trust and encourages long-term commitment to AT&T Fiber services.
  • Increase account value by combining responsive support with personalized sales recommendations for AT&T Fiber internet packages.
  • Support sales and retention goals by helping customers maximize their AT&T Fiber experience through dedicated account management.
  • Contribute to overall success by balancing excellent account support with consistent sales promotion of AT&T Fiber solutions.

Qualifications of a Client Care Associate

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Interest in customer support, account management, or sales is a plus. 
  • Goal-oriented professional skilled at balancing account support with sales opportunities.
  • Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to delivering outstanding account support.
