Competitive Edge Physical Therapy recently launched our 4th Bay Area clinic in Fremont, and we're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be the heart of the front desk. You'll be the first smile our clients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and the person who guides them from their first visit to their last. If you thrive on connecting with people and genuinely care about their experience, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do:

Create an Outstanding Client Experience

• Greet every client warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they arrive
• Build real relationships with clients over the course of their care, learning their goals, their sports, and what matters to them
• Answer calls, texts, and emails with warmth, patience, and professionalism
• Help new clients feel confident and informed about what to expect before, during, and after their visits
• Guide clients through next steps after evaluations, including scheduling their plan of care and understanding their options
• Handle questions, concerns, and schedule changes with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
• Follow up with clients who've missed visits or paused care, checking in with genuine care rather than a script

Keep the Client Journey Running Smoothly

• Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations so clients get the times that work for them
• Process payments and explain billing, packages, and Superbills clearly and comfortably
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized, welcoming, and ready for every client
• Protect client privacy and handle all health information with care and confidentiality
• Partner with our clinicians and Operations Manager to make sure every client's experience is seamless

Compensation and Benefits:

• $22–$25/hour based on experience
• $200 monthly medical stipend (full-time)
• 2 weeks paid vacation plus the week between Christmas and New Year's
• 401k with 4% company match
