What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Conduct client assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Help Scheduling Team match clients with compatible caregivers.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular follow-up calls and visits.
- Coordinate with caregivers and office staff to ensure exceptional care.
- Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
- Support the office team in delivering the highest quality home care services.
- Collaborate with scheduling staff to ensure continuity of care.
We're Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Compassionate and customer focused.
- Organized with excellent time management skills.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Previous healthcare, home care, and customer service is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
