Service Areas: Pottsville, Schuylkill Haven, Saint Clair, Minersville, Ashland, Girardville, Frackville, New Philadelphia, New Ringgold, Tamaqua, and nearby communities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with prospective clients and families to learn about their needs and recommend appropriate care services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and community partners
- Coordinate care plans and work closely with scheduling staff to ensure quality, dependable service
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
- Represent Comfort Keepers at community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities
- Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure records remain up to date
- Partner with the office team to provide a smooth and positive experience from the first inquiry through ongoing care
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support continued growth
- Serve as a trusted resource for families throughout their care journey

- Comfortable using computers and standard office applications
- Experience in healthcare, home care, customer service, scheduling, sales, or client coordination is preferred but not required
