• Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
• Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and budgets.
