What if your knack for organizing chaos could keep technicians moving and customers smiling? In this role, you’ll turn a full schedule, shifting permits, and urgent requests into a smooth operation—all from our open office in San Antonio.
Your challenges (and how you’ll win)
Turn questions into plans: Answer calls, guide customers through sales promos and installations, and lock in appointments.
Close the loop: Make targeted outbound calls to follow up on permits/inspections and reschedule services when timelines change.
Keep money matters clean: Process credit cards and refunds with accuracy.
Route with precision: Use email, text, and other tools to enter data and dispatch the right manpower and resources throughout the day.
Protect trust: Resolve claims and complaints fairly and effectively in line with consumer laws.
Level up the experience: Promote local initiatives, educate customers, and turn survey results into thoughtful recommendations—sometimes even drafting improvement plans.
Lead with safety: Follow all company policies and procedures; uphold our safety culture. Other duties as assigned.
What it takes
High school diploma or GED.
2–4 years of office experience with at least 20% of your day on the phone serving customers.
Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (1+ year).
Effective English communication—verbal and written.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work overtime on short notice; occasional weekends.
Bonus points
Completed college coursework.

Physical demands
Lift/move up to 20 lbs frequently.
Frequent bending, kneeling, or crouching.

Vision (natural or corrected) adequate for close, distance, and peripheral tasks; normal depth perception.
Speak clearly to convey information to others.
Enter text/data using a standard keyboard or 10-key keypad.
Reach overhead and use arms/hands to signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull.
