We're currently looking for a Part-Time Client Care Representative to be the friendly voice and reliable support system for our customers and technicians.What We Offer:Pay: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (required core hours) Additional/flexible hours may be available based on business needs and mutual agreement.Benefits:7 Paid Holidays per year (prorated)401(k) plan (after 1 year)What You'll Do:As our Part-Time Client Care Representative, you'll serve as the main point of contact for customers during peak afternoon hours. You will:Schedule and coordinate service calls for our techniciansEnsure technicians have the right tools, parts, and equipment for each jobKeep customers informed with timely updates and clear communicationMaintain accurate records and customer informationWork closely with technicians, dispatch, and managementHandle incoming calls professionally and efficientlyWhat We're Looking For:Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multi-task and stay goal-oriented in a busy environmentPrior dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience (preferred)Basic bookkeeping experienceProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with multi-line phone systemsKnowledge of the HVAC industry and/or Service Titan software is a big plusAt 5 Star HVAC, you'll be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment where your contributions are valued.If you're a positive, reliable professional who takes pride in great customer service and is available during the critical 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM window Monday through Friday, we'd love to hear from you!Ready to join the 5 Star HVAC team?
