Client Care Representative / Receptionist

Your Role 

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, embodying the professionalism and compassion that define this law firm. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
• Administrative Support: Managing the flow of documents, correspondence, and appointments, and assisting attorneys during the signing process, including witnessing and notarizing documents.
• Office Management: Maintaining organized and professional public areas, overseeing office supplies and equipment maintenance, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
• Communication: Handling incoming calls with professionalism, directing inquiries appropriately, and maintaining effective internal communication to support the firm's operations.

What Our Client's Looking For

• Experience: A background in client service, preferably within a legal or professional services setting, with a proven ability to manage relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, proficiency with technology tools including Microsoft Office Suite and multi-function copiers, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attributes: A self-motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team, capable of handling confidential information with professionalism, and adept at managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Work Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Wichita, KS, consisting of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Compensation is commensurate with your skills, experience, and the contributions you demonstrate that you’ll be bringing to the team.
