Role: Client Care Representative / Veterinary Assistant
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: 30-40 hour per week. No nights, weekends, or holidays

What You'll Do – Client Care Representative Duties

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Process payments and manage client communications
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each client interaction
• Support efficient front desk operations and hospital workflow

What You'll Do – Veterinary Assistant Duties

• Assist veterinarians and technicians during exams, treatments, and procedures
• Safely handle and restrain patients during examinations and treatments
• Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas for patient care
• Assist with laboratory procedures, diagnostics, and treatments as directed
• Maintain clean, organized treatment and exam areas
• Support patient care while promoting a positive client experience
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
