JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients, gathering details their questions or concerns and providing to determine how we can assist
*Provide clear and accurate status updates via phone, email, or text message
*Maintain and update client profile information within the system
*Manage a high volume of phone calls efficiently
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong passion for helping veterans.
*Ability to empathize and handle calls from clients, working to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
*Experience working with databases, and CRM software.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
