Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to clients, including companionship, personal care, and household support.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and the office team to address concerns or changes in care.
- Assist with coverage for client shifts.
- Promote best practices and uphold Home Instead’s mission of providing compassionate care.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience required; leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background check, drug screen, and DMV check required.
- Valid driver’s license, social security card, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record to transport clients required
