Salary Range: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and make them feel seen, heard, and supported from day one.
• Guide clients through their visits, including weigh-ins and progress assessments.
• Clearly explain our personalized programs and cutting-edge treatments.
• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping clients aligned with their goals.
• Assist with celebrating client milestones, and promote their stories to create community awareness.
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and answers to client inquiries.
• Work closely with the General Manager and medical team to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Represent Lindora at community events and promotional opportunities.

• A warm, people-focused communicator with a love for wellness.
• Experience in Med Spa, fitness, or hospitality is a plus.
• A motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven setting.
• Comfortable using technology to manage schedules, communications, and records.
• Driven to meet and exceed goals, especially in sales and service.
• Adaptable, positive, and eager to grow with a mission-driven brand.
