These platforms consistently draw a steady stream of individuals eager to engage with us—whether they’re curious about neighborhoods, relocating, buying, selling, cash offers, or simply embracing the Charlotte lifestyle.
We’re seeking a dedicated individual whose primary focus is to ensure every inquiry receives a warm, timely, and helpful response—and who can effortlessly connect each person with the ideal agent at just the right moment.
This role centers on client experience, not sales.
You won’t be closing deals or chasing commissions. Instead, you’ll serve as the initial point of contact—via phone, text, or email—for everyone entering our sphere. Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and directing prospects to the appropriate agent—all while keeping a well-maintained, organized CRM that the team depends on.

You should confidently distinguish between Plaza Midwood and Dilworth, compare LKN, South Charlotte, and Fort Mill, and provide authentic guidance to someone relocating from Chicago. Without this depth of insight, this position isn’t the right match.
