We’re seeking a dedicated individual whose primary focus is to ensure every inquiry receives a warm, timely, and helpful response—and who can effortlessly connect each person with the ideal agent at just the right moment.

This role centers on client experience, not sales.

You won’t be closing deals or chasing commissions. Instead, you’ll serve as the initial point of contact—via phone, text, or email—for everyone entering our sphere. Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and directing prospects to the appropriate agent—all while keeping a well-maintained, organized CRM that the team depends on.

You Must Have In-Depth Knowledge of Charlotte

Not just a surface-level or newcomer’s understanding. We require genuine, comprehensive familiarity. You should confidently distinguish between Plaza Midwood and Dilworth, compare LKN, South Charlotte, and Fort Mill, and provide authentic guidance to someone relocating from Chicago. Without this depth of insight, this position isn’t the right match.

Responsibilities

What You'd Be Doing

  • Sweeping our inboxes and DMs constantly — speed to lead is everything
  • Being the first responder for every Jay White Team and RealizeCharlotte inquiry
  • Qualifying leads, taking great notes, and routing to the right agent
  • Working our database — calls, texts, emails — to revive dormant leads
  • Setting qualified appointments for our agents
  • Keeping Brivity (our CRM) clean and useful

  • Pay: $50K–$60K base
  • Schedule: Full-time, in-office in Charlotte (hybrid earned after year one)

  • License: Not required — this isn't a realtor role

Growth: Stepping stone to becoming a licensed agent, ops, marketing — the ceiling is whatever you make it
