Client Concierge & Studio Support Assistant

Part-Time to Full-Time | In-Studio + Remote Hybrid Schedule | Luxury Family Portrait Studio

Sanders Fine Portraits is a luxury fine art portrait studio creating meaningful heirloom artwork for families. We are looking for a warm, upbeat, highly organized Client Concierge & Studio Support Assistant who loves people, enjoys children, and takes pride in creating a smooth, memorable experience from start to finish.

This is a great role for someone who is naturally friendly, polished, quick-thinking, and helpful. You are the kind of person who notices what needs to be done before anyone has to ask, keeps details moving behind the scenes, and makes families feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The Schedule

This role averages approximately 30-36 hours per week and includes a blend of in-studio and remote work.

  • 2 in-studio days per week, typically 10-12 hours each day
  • 1-2 remote days per week focused on appointment confirmations, follow-up calls, and client communication
  • Steady, relationship-based phone work
  • No cold calling

What You'll Do

In the Studio

You will help create a calm, beautiful, and welcoming experience for families during their portrait appointments. This includes:

  • Greeting clients warmly and helping them feel comfortable the moment they arrive
  • Engaging with children during sessions so they feel safe, happy, and entertained
  • Helping families feel at ease throughout their visit
  • Supporting the Studio Director with daily flow, logistics, and client needs
  • Keeping the studio polished, organized, and running smoothly
  • Noticing the little things that make a big difference before someone has to ask

From Home

On remote days, you will help keep appointments on track and client communication organized. This includes:

  • Making appointment confirmation and follow-up calls
  • Answering client questions with warmth and professionalism
  • Helping prevent last-minute changes by building connection and confidence
  • Keeping notes, records, and details accurate
  • Following through until every loose end is handled

You're a Great Fit If You Are

  • Naturally warm, outgoing, and easy to talk to
  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Great with children and genuinely enjoy being around families
  • Comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed
  • Polished, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Strong on the phone and comfortable guiding conversations
  • Someone who notices details and anticipates needs
  • Energized by a beautiful, high-touch client experience
  • Proud of creating order, comfort, and a sense of ease for others

Helpful Background Experience

This role may be a great fit if you have experience in:

  • Childcare, nannying, teaching, or working closely with children
  • Luxury retail
  • Hospitality
  • Concierge or front desk roles
  • Client experience or customer support
  • Studio, salon, spa, event, or boutique environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • $19/hour
  • Up to $300/month bonus based on appointment retention
  • Health and wellness benefit
  • Paid training
  • Stable, long-term role
  • Not seasonal

Why This Role Matters

Families come to us for more than portraits. They come for an experience that feels personal, cared for, and beautifully handled. Your role is to help make that happen.

If you are the person who brings great energy into a room, loves helping families feel at home, and also has the organization and follow-through to keep everything running smoothly, we would love to meet you.
