Manage the daily operations of the client conference center, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and conferences, providing top-notch service and attention to detail. Supervise and guide a team of support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences. Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely services. Handle client inquiries and requests, providing prompt and effective solutions. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for the conference center. Monitor budgets and manage expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the facility.
