Title: Client Copilot Studio Developer / AI Automation Engineer
Location: 526 S. Church St. Charlotte, NC 28202-1803 (Hybrid Preferred)
Duration: 12 months Contract
Pay rate: $60 - $68/h rate
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced developer to design, build, and support AI-powered copilots and automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing enterprise-grade solutions, integrating with Power Platform technologies, and leveraging Generative AI capabilities to improve business processes and user experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Copilot Studio- 1-2 years of exp.
- Power Platform/Power App- 5-10 years of experience.
- Power Automate- 5-10 years of experience.
- Azure OpenAI- 1-2 years of experience.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience implementing solutions in a large enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Studio
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python
- Power Platform or AI-related certifications
- Financial services experience preferred
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Copilot Studio
- Build conversational AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows to support business operations
- Integrate solutions with Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and other enterprise applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions
- Configure and optimize prompts, topics, actions, and conversational flows
- Implement governance, security, and compliance standards for AI solutions
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing implementations
- Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
- Stay current on AI, Copilot, and Power Platform capabilities and best practices
