As a Client Data Specialist you will quote homes and autos, enter data, and play an essential role on the Summit Ag team.
Job Duties:
- Attain a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer’s license - This person will study and pass the test within the first 2-4 weeks of employment. All expenses related to earning your license will be covered by Summit Ag.
- Utilize several auto and home quoting systems to determine the best option for clients
- Scan and sort physical client files to electronic system
- Submit claims and update corresponding Claims Tracking Spreadsheet
- Communicate with clients to attain updated information
- Seek out pain points and provide recommendations for areas of improvement in coverage
- Perform assigned duties ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency with all policies and tasks
- Demonstrate a professional company image and outstanding customer service
Job Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Basic knowledge of agricultural/farming is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a large team
- Have a great attitude and be a life-time learner!
