We are seeking a Client Design Advisor to support a company that provides design-driven products & services for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale functions, helping customers select and customize key elements that shape the overall look and feel of each event.

This is a customer-facing role focused on understanding client needs, recommending the right options, and guiding customers to a decision. This is not a transactional sales role. Success comes from building trust, having a strong feel for the product, and making confident design recommendations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with customers via phone, email, in-person meetings, and trade shows
• Understand event needs, aesthetic preferences, and constraints
• Recommend appropriate options based on customer goals
• Present options clearly and guide customers toward next steps
• Manage existing accounts while developing new business
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and ongoing opportunities
• Prospect within an existing database and generate new relationships (not heavy outbound)
• Prepare quotes and ensure accuracy in all customer communications
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior customer-facing experience required (sales, retail, design, or related)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Ability to make recommendations, not just present options
• Interest in design, style, or product presentation
• Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and follow-through
• Comfortable balancing relationship management with new outreach
