Role Overview for the Client Development Associate:


  • As a Client Development Associate, you'll be initiating encounters with potential customers in a professional way. Your job is to listen, share, and connect people with Verizon products that actually make sense for their lives.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through direct interactions, events, or outreach campaigns
  • Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to enrollment or purchase as a Client Development Associate.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales leads by generating new business opportunities.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to build trust and encourage long-term engagement.
  • Record client interactions, leads, and outcomes accurately in CRM systems.
  • Work toward daily and weekly client acquisition targets.
  • Share customer insights and market observations with management to help refine campaign strategies.
  • An effective Client Development Associate represents the company professionally in all client-facing interactions.
