As the Client Development Co-op, you will provide holistic support to Goodwin’s Pitch & Pursuit Center of Excellence. The co-op on this team plays a key role in several client-facing initiatives. 

What you’ll do:

• Assisting in researching, writing, and organizing information for proposals
• Proofreading and editing proposal drafts to ensure they are free of errors
• Assisting in the preparation of proposal presentations
• Helping to develop and maintain a proposal calendar to ensure all deadlines are met
• Working closely with the Director of Strategic Pursuits & Proposals to develop and revise proposal sections
• Assisting in gathering and formatting information and data to be included in proposals
• Providing administrative support to the proposal team as needed
• Contributing to the creation of a proposal database and tracking system

Who you are:

• Self-starter and quick learner
• Effective and professional communicator, verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing assignments 
• Strong organizational skills with particular attention to detail 
• Willingness to learn new software and processes 
• Prior experience in a marketing role or within a professional services environment is strongly preferred
• A great communicator with strong computer skills, including proficiency in web-based research, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
