Client Engagement Coordinator - Personal Injury Law Firm
Position Summary
We are seeking a personable, organized, and relationship-driven Client Engagement Coordinator to join our Community Engagement Department. This individual will help strengthen relationships with clients, community partners, referral sources, and local organizations while representing the firm in a professional and positive manner.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, community organizations, businesses, and referral partners.
• Represent the firm at community events, networking opportunities, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives.
• Assist with planning and coordinating community events, client appreciation events, and educational programs.
• Conduct client and community follow-up to maintain strong relationships and encourage continued engagement.
• Coordinate with marketing, intake, case management, and other departments to support client and community initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, events, partnerships, and outreach activities.
• Identify new opportunities to increase the firm's community presence and strengthen relationships.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for the firm's brand, mission, and commitment to the people we serve.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in client relations, community outreach, event coordination, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable networking and speaking with individuals and groups.
• Professional, friendly, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and occasional evening/weekend events.
• Experience in a law firm environment is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
