QUALIFICATIONS

Required qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience. 
  • Fluent English communication skills with strong diction, active listening, and professional phone presence. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. 
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to stay focused in a remote work environment. 
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset. 
  • Comfortable speaking with professionals, executives, and decision-makers across diverse industries. 
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency. 
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM ET. 
  • Preferred qualifications include:
  • Previous experience in sales, client relations, customer service, recruiting, sales, or enrollment. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • Coachability and openness to proven sales methods. 

Remote Work Requirements:

  • To be eligible for this remote position, candidates must have:
  • A laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 10.13 or newer. Tablets and Chromebooks are not compatible
  • High-speed broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps upload and download speed. Mobile internet or hotspot connections are not accepted
  • A wired USB headset with an over-the-mouth microphone
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace at home or in a private office

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Contacting prospective members who submit membership inquiries and following up in a timely, professional manner. 
  • Scheduling appointments and conducting brief qualification conversations focused on each applicant’s professional background, interests, and goals. 
  • Building rapport with professionals and executives across a wide range of industries in the U.S. and Canada. 
  • Presenting membership programs, benefits, products, and services clearly and confidently. 
  • Enrolling qualified applicants into paid membership accounts using a consultative, soft-close sales process. 
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up with members to learn about recent activities, achievements, and service needs. 
  • Managing accurate notes, call activity, and relationship details in company systems. 
  • Delivering outstanding service and a positive experience throughout the enrollment process. 
  • Meeting daily activity expectations, sales goals, and service standards. 
  • Spending the majority of the workday on the phone speaking with prospective members and clients.
