Who We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a driven, high-performing sales professional who:

Has a proven track record of consistently closing deals (legal sales experience is a plus, not required).
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excels at consultative sales and building trust with clients facing important legal matters.
Confidently handles objections and guides prospects toward informed decisions.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Excellence: Minimum of 5 years of high-performance sales experience, preferably in a legal, financial, or service-oriented industry.
Top Closer Mentality: A hunter mindset with a track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and converting high-value clients.
Elite Communication & Influence: Ability to build trust quickly, navigate emotionally charged conversations, and confidently guide potential clients toward decisions.
Resilient & Self-Driven: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with minimal supervision, always taking ownership of performance and results.
Strategic & Adaptive: Capable of adjusting sales strategies dynamically based on client psychology, objections, and market conditions.
Availability for Success: Willingness to engage with potential clients during peak contact hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize conversions.
Industry Knowledge Advantage: While not required, familiarity with legal processes, case management, or high-touch professional services is a significant plus.

Remote Work & Home Office Requirements

We are a 100% remote law firm, and our team members work from their own dedicated home office environments. To ensure you have the best experience and can successfully use the systems and software required for this role, applicants must have a home office setup that meets the following minimum requirements.

Computer Requirements

Windows 11 Pro (preferred) or Home operating system
Intel Core i5 processor (or AMD equivalent)
Minimum 16 GB RAM
Processor speed of 2.0 GHz or higher
Built-in or external webcam for video meetings

Internet Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed
A quiet, professional workspace suitable for video meetings and phone calls is also expected.
