Summary:

As a Client Experience Ambassador 2, you are the first and primary CSG contact with our clients, external customers, and internal program partners. You work with an interdisciplinary and collaborative team to manage the clients' day of service experience from the initial contact through service delivery to completion of services.

This position is part of our administrative services within the Williamsport Outpatient Mental Health office.

Schedule: FT (40 hrs) Monday - Friday hours. Hours worked will be between 7:30 AM and 7:15 PM. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview.

Wage Information:

$19.00 per hour.

Job Description:

  • Protects clients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.

  • Works at the front desk to check-in and check-out clients on day of service.

  • Completes and answers phone calls for scheduling appointments.

  • Takes referrals into services including entry into the Electronic Health Record and completion of initial paperwork.

  • Staffs Call Center to handle referrals, scheduling, and/or client needs.

  • Opens and closes the office.

  • Answers questions and/or resolves issues for clients.

  • Reviews insurances and eligibility for services.

  • Obtains authorizations as needed.

  • Completes administrative tasks to support the clients.

  • Proactively prepares for upcoming client appointments and services to ensure excellent client experience on the day of service.

  • Collaborates and communicates with internal programs to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience for clients.

  • Accomplishes work in small interdisciplinary and collaborative teams that value diversity in thinking, actions, and ideas.

  • Adjusts schedules to provide coverage for duties required to support programs.

  • Provides support to individuals that is interactive and not simply transactional.

Qualifications:

This position requires:

  • 4 years of experience in a hospital, medical, or healthcare office environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A High School Diploma, Equivalency or Degree.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
