They serve as a central point of coordination to deliver a high-quality client experience, drive engagement, and support the firm's objectives.Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial advisor’s calendar and confirm appointments
Prepare and review materials in advance of client meetings
Identify outstanding action items and ensure follow-up is completed
Maintain accurate client records by updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems and ensuring documentation is properly stored and organized
Conduct client outreach through phone calls, appointment scheduling, birthday contacts, and follow-up communications
Develop and maintain processes to ensure proactive client engagement throughout the year
Assemble targeted feedlists to provide marketing support for financial advisor
Support LinkedIn networking and prospecting initiatives
Assist with new client acquisition campaigns
Own and manage the firm's social media presence
Maintain advisor’s business website and ensure it is properly updated with content and promotional initiatives
Coordinate client and community engagements, including holiday events, retirement events, & other client appreciation and educational events
Complete and/or assist with projects as needed by the team
Job Qualifications
Life and Health licensed or gain licensing within 3 months of employment
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in administrative support or customer service preferred
Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and take action as appropriate
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft applications
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to work both independently and in a team
