Overview:

As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth client implementations, renewals, and ongoing satisfaction. You’ll also mentor and guide your team to grow professionally while fostering strong client relationships.

How you'll make an impact:

 

  • Lead and manage project timelines, ensuring client expectations are met.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee system setup, EDI/SSO projects, and payroll integration.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless system configuration and testing.
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth.
  • Facilitate client renewals and guide new implementations.
  • Address client concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when needed.
  • Contribute to improving team processes and procedures.
  • You’re a natural problem-solver with strong project management skills.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring others.
  • You have experience with benefits systems, EDI/SSO, and payroll integration.
  • You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or one year experience with HR Technology solutions preferred.
  • Experience with HR Technology, preferably benefits administration OR experience at a benefits brokerage firm.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Highly organized with diligent documentation habits.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to clarify and respond thoughtfully to questions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Compensation and benefits:

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
