We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Client Experience Specialist to support homeowners through the restoration process following unexpected property damage events. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable handling a high volume of calls, this could be a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors
- Handle a high volume of calls (60+ calls per day)
- Enter and update job information accurately in company systems
- Educate customers on services, timelines, and next steps
- Support claims coordination and administrative documentation
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure projects stay on track
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Comfortable spending much of the day on the phone
- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Previous customer service, call center, phone-based, or office experience preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support coworkers
- Ability to work occasional overtime as business needs require
