Our Farmers Insurance Agency is searching for a driven, positive, and people-focused Customer Service Representative who wants more than just a job. We want someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers and each other.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $55000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

In This Role, Youll:

• Help customers with billing questions, policy updates, payments, claims support, and coverage reviews
• Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client interaction
• Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and provide ongoing support
• Partner with our sales team to ensure customers are fully protected
• Build relationships with local real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and community partners
• Help identify additional ways to protect customers through insurance solutions that fit their needs
• Keep customer information organized and accurate
• Be part of a fast-moving, team-oriented environment where every day is different

Licensing

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain:

• Michigan Property & Casualty License
• Michigan Life & Health License
