Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and outstanding service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients; provide timely and helpful responses.
  • Educate clients on financial topics, including business investments, insurance, retirement solutions, and savings strategies.
  • Create personalized financial plans for budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance account value through upselling and cross-selling, maintaining high client satisfaction.


Requirements

Applicants must be 18+, a U.S. citizen, and pass a background check. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and the ability to translate account health metrics into actionable summaries are essential. A Life Producer license must be obtained within two weeks of employment.


Preferred Qualifications

A background in customer service, leadership, or management will be beneficial. Experience in education, coaching, or military roles, or as an elite athlete, is valuable.
