Requirements
Applicants must be 18+, a U.S. citizen, and pass a background check. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and the ability to translate account health metrics into actionable summaries are essential. A Life Producer license must be obtained within two weeks of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
A background in customer service, leadership, or management will be beneficial. Experience in education, coaching, or military roles, or as an elite athlete, is valuable.
